Purchasing Our Pies

To Purchase:
Call us at 317-733-8717 or email us at kelly@mysugarpie.com. Please allow 48 hours to schedule your pie pick up or delivery. Hours of operation: Wednesday-Saturday, pies shipped Monday & Tuesday. 1 week notice required for shipping.

You can find 'My Sugar Pie' at the Zionsville Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings from 8 am to 11am from June to September.

The pie is also sold by the slice at the Cobblestone Grill on Main Street in Zionsville. At any other time just call or e-mail Kelly for your made-to-order pies.

Shipping our Pies

Shipping is now available via USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery.  Prices for delivery will include packaging & handling charges and shipping charges based on zip code of destination. My Sugar Pie accepts all major credit cards for payment.

Our “Fruit Pies” and “Other Favorites” pies are shippable anywhere in the United States by USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail.  Prices will include packaging, shipping, and the price of the pie.  The specific shipping charges will be based on the zip code where the pie will be shipped.  My Sugar Pie can ship 1 or 2 pies in 1 shipment box. The average price for shipping, packaging, and one pie is around $60.

The Packaging Process

The following is an explanation of the pie shipment process for a pie that is ordered for shipment. The steps below are illustrated in the slideshow to the right.

Before your pie is shipped, it is baked and frozen in a glass pie plate.  After proper freezing the pie is packed into our custom-made, recyclable, corrugated box and tied with a ribbon.  If you would like to add a note to the recipient of the pie, just let us know.  We provide a card attached to your pie box free of charge.

Next the larger shipping box is loaded with thick insulation and paper.  Your pie is placed inside the shipping box with bubble wrap, additional paper, and ice packs.  It is covered with more insulation and sealed.  The packing list and My Sugar Pie instruction sheet for reheating and storage of your pie are included in the box.  Finally it is shipped to the destination of choice.  You or the recipient of the pie will receive a delivery confirmation from the United States Post Office about your pie delivery.
